Nueva York, the Big Apple. I've been here for almost a month now and there are already things I LOVE about you, and already things I don't appreciate very much at all.

*My friends here...Christine, Dario, Kristin, Delia, Travis, Shaina, Cale, Shallon...you've all made me feel incredibly welcome to this crazy new place.

*The subway- no driving has a lot of benefits, including I can watch TV on my iPod, I can have staring games with cute men, and I can drink a whole lot and not have to worry about driving home.

*My new job...it's in Soho! There's a french bulldog!

*The BOX...my new favorite bar/club thing...It's like the Moulin Rouge...impossible to get in, except my friend Travis works there so I'm golden...

*The subway- when it stops under water during rush hour on the L. I don't like it.

*The weather...I mean, it's not as horrible as everyone says, but there are days where it's pretty f'ing cold.

*Cash only...I hate how no one takes cards here, it's all about cash...and it's hard to find your bank's ATM...
