*Buy a condo at Northside Piers, a new building right on the water facing the city from Williamsburg. Leonardo DiCaprio is a resident.
*Jaw Surgery because I've needed it for years. Only probs its expensive, insurance doesn't cover it, and who has time to take a month off of work?
