About Those 8 Million Cracks In The Ceiling...

I loved, loved, LOVED Hillary's return to the spotlight last night and her speech. People had been cynically predicting she wouldn't even mention Obama's name (ahem, Jason). Well, she did, and more. Why she's not the VP alongside Obama- especially after their exhaustive and ridiculously close race for the nomination- I don't know. I'm not anti-Biden, I just think they would make an amazing and groundbreaking team. Anyway, she did good. She made it clear she supports Obama, but more importantly, the Democrats. She urged the party to reunite, stressing the importance of this election. Well I didn't get her as President, but I still have her as Senator!!!

my roommates were watching the speech and laughing out loud everytime people cheered for Obama, saying he doesn't have a "shot in hell."

i was so mad i shut my door. for me, that's a big deal.

now i want barack to win purely out of spite. and im ok with that.

its not her dwight.... it's her plus bill that just would not work. i think she's great and maybe she was the smartest person in the room, but Obama won and it would be impossible for him to to have a government in waiting and a government in exile sitting in the VP's office, it's sad but true....
